Shipping/Delivery

1) Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do. Please contact us for the shipping options and rates for the item(s) you wish to purchase. Should the customer wishes to proceed with the order, we will send a seperate invoice via paypal and you can make payment via credit/debit card or paypal.

2) I would like to self collect. Where are the collection points?

Self collection is available at Compass Point & 268 Upper Bukit Timah Road. Please select self collection during checkout and state the intended date and time of collection in the message box. 3 days advance notice is required. Please see Delivery for more details.

Order of Products/Services

1) Do you reserve items?

Payment is required to secure the items. All unpaid orders in shopping cart will be cleared after 3 days.

2) Are your items ready stock?

All items are ready stock except playmobil items whereby we will place an order with our supplier once an order is received from customer. In the event if the item is out of stock (oos) or sold out, we will contact the customer via phone/email to arrange for a backorder or refund. If the quantity required is not available, you will be prompted by the system to make amendments. 

3) Can I walk in to view and purchase your items?

Currently we do not have a showroom for displaying the toys, only online orders are allowed.

5) Can I preorder out of stock products?

Yes, you may place a pre-order, the lead time to pre-order may vary depending on the supplier and stock availability. 

6) Do you take phone / email orders?

You are encouraged to sign up an account to make ordering easy. If you want to place order via phone or email, it may take a longer processing time.

Doorshipping/Wholesale

Kidz Toy Store’s business team caters to corporate enquires and bulk purchases, and we welcome bulk purchases of our merchandise for resale purposes. In addition, we support doorshipping partnership. Kindly email us your corporate, wholesale, or doorshipping enquiries by using the Contact Us form.
